These Terms of Service govern your use of olive-sunday.com and purchases made from Olive Sunday. Our online store is hosted by Shopify.
By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies published on our website.
1. Using our website
You may use the website only for lawful personal shopping purposes. You must not interfere with its operation or security, introduce malicious software, misuse customer accounts, collect content or data without permission, or infringe the rights of Olive Sunday or another party.
You must be legally capable of entering into a contract in your jurisdiction or use the website with the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian.
2. Product information
We take reasonable care to display product descriptions, colours, sizes, materials and images accurately. Colours may vary slightly because of screen settings. Natural materials and production processes may also create small variations between pieces.
Product information may be corrected or updated when necessary. Product-care claims apply when jewellery is used and cared for as directed.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in the currency selected on the website or shown at checkout. Prices, offers and availability may change before an order is accepted.
Applicable discounts, shipping charges and taxes will be displayed at checkout. Payment is due when the order is placed and is processed using the payment providers offered at checkout.
You agree to provide accurate and complete contact, delivery, billing and payment information.
4. Promotions
Promotions are subject to their advertised dates, eligibility requirements and exclusions. Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined, have no cash value and may be changed or withdrawn before an order is accepted.
For multi-item promotions such as “Buy 2, Get 2 Free,” qualifying products and discounts are calculated at checkout. If part of a promotional order is returned, the refund may be recalculated based on the products kept and the requirements of the promotion.
5. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We accept your order when we confirm that it has been accepted or dispatched.
We may reject or cancel an order before acceptance where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment problems, stock or pricing errors, delivery restrictions or purchase limits.
If we cancel an order after receiving payment, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item or order. Adding a product to your shopping cart does not reserve it.
6. Shipping, returns and refunds
Our Shipping Policy explains processing times, tracking, shipping costs and estimated delivery times. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Our Return and Refund Policy explains Olive Sunday’s 30-day change-of-mind return offer. This offer is additional to rights and remedies that apply automatically under consumer law.
7. Consumer rights
Our products may come with statutory consumer guarantees. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes a right, guarantee or remedy where doing so would be unlawful.
Where our liability may legally be limited, it is limited only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
8. Intellectual property
The website and its content—including the Olive Sunday name, branding, text, photographs, graphics and design elements—belong to Olive Sunday or its licensors.
You may use the website for personal shopping only. Content may not be copied, republished, sold or commercially exploited without written permission.
9. Reviews and submitted content
When you submit a review, photograph, comment or other content, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it is accurate and lawful.
You grant Olive Sunday a non-exclusive, worldwide and royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and display that content in connection with our business and marketing, subject to applicable privacy law. We may remove content that breaches these terms.

Olive Sunday is not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not control.
11. Website availability and liability
We aim to keep the website accurate, secure and available but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free access.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Olive Sunday is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or our products.
This does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability relating to fraud, wilful misconduct or applicable consumer guarantees.

13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when our services, business or legal obligations change. The version in effect when we accept an order will apply to that purchase.
14. Severability and waiver
If part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive that right.
